Two years after the accident, Linares has brought a personal injury lawsuit against Kardashian, 35, claiming in the documents obtained by PEOPLE that he "sustained personal injuries which caused and will continue to cause pain, discomfort and physical disability."
The accident occurred in Beverly Hills at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Benedict Canyon Drive.
Linares also says he's been "deprived of earnings" as a result of the accident and is suing for past and future medical expenses, loss of income and property damage.
